Development plans for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Also contained in this latest document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a key identifying distinct areas of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
